To ensure that your upgrade to Stewart Prior Files 4.0 is successful, please complete the following form. Stewart Customer Care will use the information to setup an account to access Stewart Prior Files (SPF) 4.0 with appropriate permissions. A separate Account Request Form is required for each employee.
